Absolutely stunning interpretations of French and Japanese flavours in immaculately plated dishes! Delivering in spades, premium pulled slow cooked beef fills the gyoza (dumpling) coupled with a carrot puree and red bean!! Outrageous! But soooooo good!! .
The Crab Omelette is fluffy and potent with the bonito mayo and cheese. The popping bursts of sweet corn would have been made this the favorite had it not been for the towering Yuzu Soy Salmon Gateau with poached grapes, nori mayo and fresh fig. Divine and totally not what we were expecting for a Sunday brunch!
It’s a conscious play to please the cosmopolitan palate of Rhodes and it delivers!
