Rosanne Stuart, Manager of Madeline Stuart said “Over the past few years diversity has been taking giant strides forward with representation and inclusion in the commercial sector and I could not be prouder as an Australian to see our country also heading in this direction.   “We are so excited to be working with Australia’s own P&O cruise line and proud that such an amazing brand is taking a stand and leading Australia towards a more diverse, united society.”

Nearly 6000 guests departed Pacific Explorer and Pacific Eden from Sydney and Pacific Dawn from Brisbane to enjoy a jam-packed line up of fashion-themed activities including workshops hosted by one of Melbourne’s most in-demand milliners Kim Fletcher.  Racing enthusiasts heard from experts including jockey and twice-winner of the Melbourne Cup John Letts and legendary track-work rider Joe Agresta known for his success with renowned Australian racing family, the Cummings.

Celebrations will continue after the race itself when guests onboard Pacific Explorer will be treated to a live set from X Factor Australia duo Jess & Matt.  Guests looking to maintain their winning streak will also get the chance to participate in P&O’s signature onboard annual seahorse racing event where thousands of dollars will be up for grabs in a sweepstake race.
