Inner west Sunday sessions are in full swing after the launch last weekend of ReccoLab’s L’ Aperitivo Italiano Sunset Sessions. It’s bitter and twisted with the unveiling of their Aperitivi cocktail menu, designed in collaboration with Campari Australia.
Apertivo Cocktails, like food and art, are woven into the fabric of Italian culture, often distinguished by color, and can include drinks like Aperol (orange), Campari (red) and Cynar (red). Popular aromatized wines include vermouth, chinato and americano. Combining the two with a dash of soda, a top of prosecco or, Negroni, a shot of gin, brings to life some of Italy’s most notable and great tasting aperitivo drinks and Reccolab brings that northern Italian tradition to Inner West Sundays!
Relaxed, uncomplicated and to the point – the launch commemorates their second year at Rozelle and the perfect opportunity to celebrate this milestone gathering some of their friends and supporters in time for the festive season.
Apertivo is meant to whet the appetite, it doesn’t necessarily have to replace a meal but it can, eseentially, its all about gathering friends and family ‘to open’ your celebration, meal or cap off the weekend.
On the menu items you’ll find the perfect pairings – la minute sliced Di San Daniele Black Label Prosciutto, stuzzichini, ReccoLab’s famous Focaccia Ligure with various toppings and an assortment of cheese and charcuterie selections.From 4pm-7pm every Sunday throughout the summer!
