For many of us as the Winter takes hold, the allure of a warm cosy indoors and comforting soups, pastas and hot drinks will prove to be too irresistible to resist. That in mind, the previous success of its pizza, cocktail, whisky workshops have made way for Planar’s new open Pasta Masterclass on Thursday 23 May.
The pasta masterclass is the first ‘open-to-all-event’ for the harbourside venue (currently bookable for private parties for a min. of ten people only). Their in-house Italian chef will give participants insight into the traditional methods and techniques tio making pasta from scratch.
The two and a half hour session covers the three essential pasta types includine fettucine, potato gnocchi and stuffed ravioli. Everything made on the night will be packaged with care to take home alongside a complimentary Planarsauce pot.
