You enter and get a sense of a family run establishment as kids help fold the flatpack of pizza boxes. The assumably parental units and team of colleagues in the kitchen work the stoves, kneeding and tossing around the essential elements of that satisfying pizza.
What’s great about this menu is that it isn’t overly complicated. The heartstrings are played, the cheese stretch brings comfort, the bolognaise is meaty and the creamy bosciola soothes. As the mercury continues to drop into the Winter, their Uber Eats will be saving the cold of the north with their comfort menu of essentials.
