The collaboration between Havana Beach Group and Sydney food truck specialists, Covered will see the seaside panoramic backdrop of this weekend’s Taste of Manly’s food and wine festival transformed into a casual beach eats pop-up restaurant. Table service with boutique bar pours by local micro brewery, Dad and Daves amongst the crash of waves and winter rays will be the order of the day.
“Today signal’s the continuation of Sydney’s dining revolution, partnering with the Havana Beach Group to deliver an exciting weekend at Manly, dining on the sand, having a few drinks and sharing some awesome food, I don’t know of a better weekend!” said Covered’s food van director, John Vickery, desribing it as a “a platform to showcase an innovative fusion of dining concepts on the sands of Manly Beach”.
Citra Trueschel, Owner at Havana Beach says it’s the first ever beach dining experience ever staged in Manly and is excited about raising the bar of re-invention.
