Smoke: “Raising the bar”

Embracing the winter sun’s rays after work, hitting that outdoor lounge oasis with illustrious views of the harbour and a rustic interior for luxury share plates with attendants doting over your every need.   It’s the sophisticated treehouse that defined Barangaroo when it first opened and redefined our elite expectations of drinking and dining in the city.

Seated outside you’re offered blankets, the grazing options and snacks shoot out of the kitchen like clockwork with the perfectly paced top up of drinks.

The menu features some of the most prestigious elixirs sourced globally from renowned, boutique and craft distillers, champagne and wine makers.   It’s a whisky sommelier’s dream as you turn each page of the drinks menu and gasp at select items that boast a four digit price tag.

Treated with smoke and ice, the venue derives its name from the core process of the drinks they service.   Look over to the bar and you’ll recognise the faces of talented mixologists and cocktail wizards from some of the best bars in the city who now reside here unleashing their collective power in a rich array of concoctions both on and off the menu.
