The menu features some of the most prestigious elixirs sourced globally from renowned, boutique and craft distillers, champagne and wine makers.   It’s a whisky sommelier’s dream as you turn each page of the drinks menu and gasp at select items that boast a four digit price tag.

Treated with smoke and ice, the venue derives its name from the core process of the drinks they service.   Look over to the bar and you’ll recognise the faces of talented mixologists and cocktail wizards from some of the best bars in the city who now reside here unleashing their collective power in a rich array of concoctions both on and off the menu.
