Two visits here paid the same price, hated the first visit and loved the second one. Trying to work out what the difference was. The meat is unseasoned and the condiments are pretty simple but workable once you let yourself enjoy it.
The first visit it wasn’t until eating did we realise the meat wasn’t seasoned with anything which is fine, there were enough dishes on the hot and cold food buffet with rich sauces to dip into. The condiments quite basic – salt, pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil and chilli paste, but once you work out a few different combinations all should be fine.
Our second visit happened to be a lucky night as everyone enjoying that evening’s buffet was given a complimentary sashimi platter which was pretty cool.
Desserts are a matcha and vanila ice cream. Good value for those with big appetites and if your standard meal starts with a minimum two mains.
