Wild Turkey has launched the Spirit of the Wild – a masterclass series that encourages Australians to unplug, get off the couch and reconnect with the outdoors.

Crafted by Wild Turkey, in collaboration with Chris and Cam Grant, the founders of Unyoked (an off-grid cabin movement) and sustainable Chef Darren Robertson (Three Blue Ducks and Rocker), Spirit of the Wild invites Australians to enjoy and appreciate an evening of real food, real craft and the real outdoors.
Spirit of the Wild will come to life via a series of on-premise events across the country starting in Sydney at the Terminus Hotel in Pyrmont.
Helping Aussies experience the ultimate antidote to modern life, attendees will also hear from Unyoked and how they’re pioneering the trend to make the wilderness accessible.
For those wanting to disconnect entirely from the distractions of the city, 20 tickets are available for an exclusive one-night-only camping event to be held in Glenworth Valley on 21 September.

Hosted by Wild Turkey, Unyoked and Darren Robertson – guests will enjoy real food with a menu curated by Darren Robertson served alongside specially curated drinks.
The masterclass series launched on Thursday 15 August in Sydney and will run for three weeks with events being hosted in Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne.

The cocktail masterclass use native and foraged ingredients, all inspired by Darren Robertson. Nicole Stanners, Wild Turkey Marketing Director says, “Spirit of the Wild captures the Wild Turkey spirit of keeping it real, by immersing guests in the wilderness. An experience that lets them get their hands dirty, enjoy real food and get back into the outdoors.
