
One of the competitors representing New Zealand at the ICN World Championships being held at the Melbourne Fitness Show later this month. After a successful stint in pro Water Skiing, he planted himself into the personal training space and is also a qualified nutritionist. He shares with us his game plan for game day:
“I am 20 Weeks down in my Prep, I’m really looking to do the basics well, as all of the hard work has been done being this close to the show.”
He says his workouts run for about 45 minutes, describing them as a “short and sharp effort”.
Fasted Cardio 2 times a week and weights 5 times a week.
“At the moment I am looking to fill up with some more carbs leading into the show. Am really focusing on rest and recovery also.Mainly just doing all the little things well right now!”
