New to Darling Square is the Westernised bowls of Japanese, which is referred to as “Wafu”. This has actually been a thing for decades and the rest of us labelled it something new, fresh and cool. Spaghetti is intertwined with bacon hock, japanese nori, fish flakes and other meat and vegan friendly add-ons confusing while fascinating Sydney tastebuds.

Mochi balls are given the Tiramisu treatment. Karaage and Croquettes remain in their original form but the real fun is in taking their Miso Fettucine and Mentaiko buitter spaghetti and mixing up the add ons of parmesan, nori, furikake and shiso into one flavour bomb.
