It’s the microprecinct that’s breathing new life into the already vibrant area as guests were let into a world of brunching the Fortitude Valley way.
You’ll see the v-shaped grills that prevent flareups from the dripping meat, this is crucial to traditional Argentinian style barbecueing as it the smoke from the wood fueled fire that cooks the meat. Apple, peach, cherry and ironbark constitute the standard of the Beaux Rumble barbecue technique.
The exposed kitchen and view to the pass provides a central focal point for diners with an elegant ambience of earthy tones.
Eleven dishes are on offer in the brunch menu with a range of starters, share plates and mains to enjoy with the cocktails. Pictured above from left to right is the:
- Hummus, muhamara, pickles and foccacia
- Fried potato rosti with house made ketchup
- Wood fire oven almond granola with manga and vanilla oat milk
- Kim Chi Waffles with slow iron bark roasted pork, pineappe slaw and coleslaw
The infused aromas from the types of wood they use in their grill add sagacity to the meat’s flavour adding a uniqueness to Ada Lane brunching.
