Whether it’s a new item or not, it’s never appeared on our radar before as it’s all about the roasted duck with its crispy skin and the roasted pork belly with its crunchy crackling.
However, this dish seems to be the ‘higher end’ offer of their menu if you like in comparison to the $10.80 (Choose two meats – duck, pork two ways) special.
They whip out dishes quite quickly as they carve straight from the meat hook hangover. So do you do the pancakes or stick to the reliable filling trademark of their meat and rice combos?
Well, how hungry are you? $11.80 or three pieces as opposed to the $10.80 full meal that comes with rice, your choice of duck and/or roast pork belly and/or chinese bbq pork with a side of greens AND a soup.

I wonder what makes these more costly, they do specify upon ordering there is a 15 minute wait due to the steaming of the bao its served in, and essentially they are just bite sized snacks. It’s a nice change and option to have though and would have it again, though the only criticism would be size of that cucumber slice.
