A homely casual eatery with a nice al fresco area to take in the rays. Willoughby has had a love affair with Italian food since the 1950s post war among several other culinary ethnic influences. You enter and get a sense of a family run establishment as kids help fold the flatpack of pizza boxes. The parental units and team of colleagues in the kitchen work the stoves, kneeding and tossing around the essential elements of that satisfying pizza.
What’s great about this menu is that it isn’t overly complicated. The heartstrings are played, the cheese stretch brings comfort, the bolognaise is meaty and the creamy bosciola soothes.
