Flickerfest Opening Night: A taste of Shorts Laugh Comedy

On the Red Carpet:

The red carpet was rolled out this past Friday, with guests and friends of Flickerfest enjoying the Australian and World Premieres of 7 short films to mark the official opening of the season.

Picks of the night:

It was a great showcase of cinematography with submissions from Korea, Portugal, Australia, USA, UK and The Netherlands. What left an impression were two of the comedies that opened and closed the evening.

Coincidentally, both these films screen as part of the Short Laughs Comedy lineup as part of the nationwide screenings that take place after the premiere screenings at Bondi Pavillion which continue until 19 January.
