A heartwrenching multilayered duet that put the lovable Gold Coast single mum of two up against just as lovable story of hope African Australian refugee.   It wasn’t hard connecting to both storytellers, but it was hard deciding the favorite!

 

If Will Smith and Jada Pinkett would ever duel on stage, this is definitely how it would look and feel!

Many try and fail to deliver a Beyonce successfully, but that season lucked out when putting two divas with the same slightly smokey two octave extension bright belting tones up against each other creating one of the most incredible moments on television.

 

Finding the softer side of Kings of Leon, it almost makes you want to be used.

 

They didn’t end up winning but throughout the comp brought some really cool James Arthur and James Bay moments.

 

Stripping down that Amy Winehouse vibe and smoothing those edges out with RNB swagger.
