This could very will be an answer to the Diamond Martini that the foodie world and bar enthusiasts went berzerk for.   Especially since so many of us have a sweet tooth.  Add to that the spectacular attention grabbing sculptured and technical prowess we’ve expected out of Chef Speroni’s Bacchus Restaurant kitchen the past few years, he’s gone ahead and raised that bar again while no one’s been looking!

This time he calls on his friends at Robert White Jewellers to create new dining experience, A MOMENT IN TIME.   It’s a perfect match with both organisations with dozens of accolades and awards asserting their popularity with the public.  And the embodiment of  the Bacchus Blueberry Bling is for their customers who too are the perfect match or passionate about relishing their moments in time.

It’s a dish unlike any other, featuring blueberry, white chocolate, cream cheese, cocoa butter and chocolate “soil” along with a statement ring that may signal a lifelong commitment, a renewal of vows or indeed any special moment in time!  Please note the ring is not to be eaten!

For every “moment” ring purchased at Robert White – whether it be engagement, wedding, vow renewals, birthdays, eternity, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day or any of life’s many milestone – clients will have the opportunity to experience the “A MOMENT IN TIME” degustation at Bacchus Restaurant.

Specially created by Head Chef Massimo Speroni, the four-course dining experience is a culinary celebration of love.  Chef Speroni can place the chosen engagement ring on one of the plates, to be served as part of the dining experience. This of course takes a little more planning but imagine the surprise!  The Blueberry amuse-bouche is a perfect example (see pictured). Because food and jewels were meant to be together!
