As the days get shorter and the nights get colder, The Ternary Restaurant on Darling Harbour is now offering a trio of hearty winter warmer dishes to be enjoyed against the spectacular backdrop of the iconic Sydney Harbour.
The first offering is perfect for sharing with a friend, partner or colleague; a cheese board and bottle of red. The board is adorned with a selection of local and imported cheeses, including a variety from France that sit alongside quince paste and walnut bread. This is paired with a beautiful bottle of the McWilliam’s 480 2015 Shiraz Wine for just $49. McWilliam’s 480 wines are grown at an altitude of 480 metres to develop deep flavour and tannins whilst the cooler temperatures at higher altitudes promote freshness and aroma, which match perfectly with the richness of the cheeses.
