It’s an event that takes place once a year in Australia, when the sun’s path across our skies is at its peak. It’s the period when we shall encounter the maximum amount of daylight and it manifests this Summer season into a limited edition small batch potion of zesty botanical notes with gentle collisions of spice and floral. The Aussie launch continues to take place at a pop-up series hosted at Paddington Inn where you too can enjoy the multifarious seasonal rendition of the 20 year old gin presented to mark the summer season!
In celebration of International Coffee Day on the 1 October, for one night only, Tia Maria presents Sydney’s first ever dedicated coffee cocktail masterclass.
The launch allowed guests to shake and stir extravagant cocktails at Sydney’s ultimate speakeasy, Eau De Vie.
Celebrating coffee cocktail culture in Australia, guests can try their hand at making 3 different cocktails; the signature Tia Espresso Martini, Twisted Tia and Espresso Zabaione.
Eau De Vie’s chefs have created a bespoke dessert pairing for each cocktail.
Guests will also get to enjoy their own drinks made by the cocktail connoisseurs at Eau De Vie while enjoying the class. An array of delicious sweet treats will also be paired with the cocktails.

The FFMA monthly gathering “Mabuhay Nights” is open to all with ticketed events hosted at a new restaurant each month. You can join chefs, local businesses and food lovers experiencing the vision that calls on each host Chef to recreate and modernise homeland dishes.
