It’s amazing how quick they whip out the dishes. You don’t even have time to think about moving over to the hot buffet to choose your extra bits and the Ontama Salmon bowl magically appears ready for you to season to taste with their Togarashi seasoning.
Starting from right and moving to your left you approach the hot food bar to supplement your main and there are skewered, crumbled, battered treats to flesh out your meal. Fish cakes, crab claws, octopus Takoyaki and chicken karaage are nice variation to your bowl bites.
$1 Potato salad? Yep whack that on the tray!
