Across from Capitol Theatre draped along the windows of Tai Wong are glorisous caramel toned skin of duck inviting punters in for their barbecue selection of poultry and pork.

A hearty range of dishes available in various configurations range from $11- $14 and the standard procedure for every barbecue place visited in the area is the combination of roast pork with crackling and duck!   It’s luck of the draw sometimes and on this occassion, lucky enough to get a cut of the breast.  There’s a sauce that is drizzled which brings the bland rice to life off set with the crunch of the chinese greens.

Places like these are a favorite stop because of the quick waiting times and pricing falling well within the area average and I honestly cannot tell the difference having visited similar venues at Sussex Centre, Hay Street, World Square (might be an exception) and Market City.
